We recently approached Project Construction with a tricky question…Can you build us an unobtrusive helicopter pad in our garden. I’m guessing most builders would say either yes or no to this request. Nic at Projects answer was….”what type of helicopter would you like to land on it?” Its this kind of analytical approach that Project take to all their work. We have worked with them a number of times over the last few years and they always deliver. Needless to say the helipad got built, and is still in good working order.

Interior Renovation:

Having instructed Project to carry out a large 2 storey extension, swimming pool & exterior redesign on our home a few years ago, they seemed to be the obvious choice to carry out some further extensive interior renovations, earlier this year.

To Nic and all the Project team, thank you deeply for the work you have carried out in our home. Our rooms have been transformed and look amazing. Your workmanship is as always, top quality.

Extension & Property renovation: Further to work completed by Nic & his team at Project Construction earlier this year, I am pleased to provide a testimonial to recommend this firm.

Prior to employing Project, we had architect drawings, planning permission and structural calculations already completed. Project were awarded, through a competitive process, the build of an above existing single storey house, 2 bed extension, along with en-suites, and comprehensive interior finishing.

Although price was important to us, the people we dealt with were also very important, as we would be absent during portions of the build, and needed not only a reputable builder, but also a project manager we could trust to complete the job.

Our initial meeting with Nic left a very positive impression and we decided to award the contract to Project. The tender we received from Project was not the cheapest, but also not the highest, and we believed it was important for both parties to be comfortable with the cost.​ Projects tender was comprehensive & transparent.

The quality of their work was exceptional and the finish to our extension is of a very high quality.

Boathouse Renovation:

We are very pleased to provide a reference for Nic & his team at Project Construction. They recently converted & renovated our beloved boathouse. We now have a beautiful summer house at the bottom of our garden, complete with newly fitted Kitchen, dining room, spare bedroom & a stunning modern shower room. Whilst Nic & his team were working on the Boathouse, we further agreed to build a new terrace area around the boathouse, and extend the barbeque seating area. Project managed the entire build and have exceeded our expectations in every way.

We intend to get them back next year to re-roof the main property and to build us a level terrace right around the main house.
